KIN HUI

Mr. Kin Hui is the CEO of Singpoli Group and Chairman of Invest L.A. Regional Center. He leads Singpoli companies that specialize in real estate investment and development, general construction, property management, and architectural and building design. Today, Singpoli companies have numerous real estate investment and development projects on both the east and west coasts of the United Sates.

Kin's philosophy in life is to give back to the community. As founder of the Kin Hui Charity Foundation, he is devoted to helping special needs children in orphanages. Singpoli has provided sponsorships to many non- profit organizations, such as Pasadena Symphony and Pops, American Cancer Society, California Institute of Technology, Huntington Library, Pasadena City College, and University of California, Irvine.

Kin has received numerous recognitions from the U.S. Congress, California State Senate, California State Assembly, County of Los Angeles, and City of Los Angeles in honor of his community service and contributions. A few notable awards that he has received include the History Makers’ Visionary Award for Excellence in Leadership, the Excellence in Achievement of World Chinese Youth Entrepreneurs, and the President’s Award from the Chinese American Construction Professionals.

NICOLAS DHARMAWAN

Mr. Rudianto Djajasaputra better known as Nicolas Dharmawan, is a very successful Indonesian businessman born in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. In 2000, Nicolas established DHASATRA Money Transfer and TEBEINDO MANDIRI. He studied and graduated from the National College of Accountancy (Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara), a government-affiliated college in Indonesia. Nicolas actively participates in local politics. Besides his active role in KOSGORO 1957, he is the Treasurer at the divisional level of Golkar DKI (Political Party) Jakarta from 2017 to 2021. His goal is to advance Indonesia and Jakarta with Golkar.

Nicolas is also an active member of the Indonesia China Business Council and currently serves as the Secretary General of Indonesian Remittance Association or locally known as “Asosiasi Penyelengaraan Pengiriman Uang Indonesia (APPUI)’. He still has a major hold in several companies such as Nat Energy Indonesia, Tebeindo Group and PT Dhasatra Remittance Money Transfer.

BOBO NG

Dato’ Bobo Ng is the current Director of Operations at Complant Macau Employment Agency Company Limited, a leading employment agency in Macau. Additionally, she also serves as the Managing Director for Canton Wilson International Enterprise Group since 2001. Bobo, a native of Macau, attended the Guang Zhou Ji Nan University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. Following that, she worked as an Administration Manager at Zhong Guang Industry Development Company more than 10 years. In 2003, she received a Master of Business Administration degree from Canada’s Royal Roads University.

Bobo has extensive human resource management experience as well as international trading and project investment background. Serving as the Vice President of the Macau & China International Association of Culture Exchange, Ng has a deep understanding of international cultural exchange. In 2016, Bobo was conferred Datoship' (the Malaysian equivalent of a knighthood) by His Royal highness the Sultan of Pahang, Malaysia.

FABIAN PASCOAL

Fabian Buddy Pascoal is a partner and one of the founding members of HANAFIAH PONGGAWA & PARTNERS (HPRP). Joining HPRP in 1992, he was made a Partner in 1999. Fabian graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree (S.H.) from the University of Indonesia in 1992, and was awarded a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) by the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, U.S.A. in 1998. Furthermore, Fabian is a registered Advocate in PERADI (Indonesian Advocate Association), holds a license as an Indonesian Capital Market Legal Counsel, and is also registered as an Indonesian Intellectual Property Consultant.

As a leading figure in HPRP, Fabian has played an important role in a wide range of significant transactions involving both domestic and international business in various types of works. Fabian was one of the contributors to Asia Globe Magazine and World Business Book. He is also a regular speaker at legal and other forums, seminars, and workshops held by the government, associations, and corporations.

Fabian is an active member of the U.S.A. Executive Committee at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In diplomatic circles, he now serves as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania to Indonesia. In community services, Fabian is also a member of several foundations. He has also been a lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pelita Harapan, Karawaci, Indonesia. His outstanding work has not gone unnoticed, and received many awards and accolades from international institutions.

ROSSANA KONG

Dato’ Rossana Kong is the Executive Director of SY Luxury. Prior to that, she was the Director for Gold Touch Jewelry, Shang Yi Jewelry & Watch, as well as Shang Yi Investment & Development Company, establishing herself in the jewelry business not only in Macau but internationally. Rossana actively participates in her community and held important roles in the Women’s General Association of Macau, the Macau Qipao Society and the Macau Computer Agent & Retail Association. Born in Macau, Rossana received an education with the primary language being English since elementary school.

She went on to attend Aldine High School in Houston, Texas. For tertiary education, she returned to Macau and attended the Macau Polytechnic Institute in 1995. During her university days, she worked as the General Manager at Macau Street Information Technology and later served as the Executive Director. Prior to graduating in 1999, she also served as the Executive Director for a media production company. Rossana also holds a Bachelor of International Tourism Management from the University of Science and Technology in Macau. She received her honorific, Dato' (the Malaysian equivalent of a knighthood) in 2016 when she was awarded the Dato' Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP) by the Sultan of Pahang, Malaysia.
